Frankenstein is also having to deal with his creature who wants him to create a female companion for him. Chandler takes Brona to the Grand Guignol theater. Gray is there, as is Vanessa, but it's Chandler he is interested in. Malcolm tells Ethan that she might be possessed by "the devil" or "a devil" and wants to keep her alive. Vanessa talks to the entity possessing her which reveals that it wants her to be "the mother of evil". Victor asks Ethan to teach him how to shoot.
