RAIN MAKERS follows Johnny Wingfoot, a Vietnam vet who returns home looking for peace and quiet--but instead finds himself becoming enmeshed in the brutal conflict between a vicious biker gang, a corrupt sheriff, and a Utopian "freedom preserve." Along with a group of comrades from ´Nam and like-minded townspeople, he´s forced to take a stand and defend what´s right. The cast includes Jake Busey, Billy J. Burke, David Andrews, and Ray Wise.
