Pyramid #01 on DVD is an American-based porn film. This adult movie works because the director actually gives a damn about his girls, his men and the places in which they are located. He actually brings an entertainment value to this film by adding what is known as a plot. It is amazing just how much a story adds to the believability or fantasy of these sex scenes. In this adult movie, you actually begin to care for the characters. Just bear in mind that the key to making a great adult feature is giving what the public wants and not rehashing the same old trash each year. Anyone can film a naked woman copulating with a naked man. How do you improve on this? Think about this is it better to churn out 50 titles a year or make half that by spending more time and energy to make a much classier film? Well done, Pierre Woodman, well deserved awards! This is an older DVD now, but it could have had a number of other previews from other films. Picture and sound is excellent. In a way, the French language is a bonus because the viewer can insert his or her own dialogue into the scenes based on the actions of the actors.
